These terms govern use of Create Well (the "CR8W Dashboard"), the private team dashboard of the Create Well co-creation collective. By signing in, you agree to them.
1. What the app is
Create Well is an internal dashboard for members of the collective. It mirrors the team's Notion workspace read-only, shows the collective's week (moves, flows, content, money, decisions), and offers an optional Google Calendar connection for collective scheduling. It is not a public product and is provided as-is to team members.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are individual: one email and password per member. Do not share your login.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell a team admin if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Membership is by invitation of the collective; admins may suspend or remove accounts.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the dashboard for the collective's work and care — not to scrape, resell, or expose team data.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the API, or disrupt the service.
- Finance information visible in the dashboard stays inside the team.
4. Google Calendar connection
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you connect it, you authorize the app to read your calendar events and to create or update events you choose to sync, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Content and data
Operational records remain owned by the collective and are edited in Notion, not in the dashboard. The dashboard's mirrored copies are convenience views, not the system of record.
6. Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. It may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. To the extent permitted by law, the collective is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the dashboard.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
